I removed most of my audio to Un-Cretive Commons it.

Just posted a new song, the first with all three members of the IPS in years.

this is what's on the plate right now. not a whole lot, but just a lil something to keep the public advised.

new update.... not much happening.... havent been feeling inspired lately, due in no small amount to the toll the job search is taking on me.

I've noticed that the audio submissions of my bandmate Deimos420 and myself have been getting fairly low scores, low download amounts, and a bad comment. I'd like to take a moment of your time to debunk a few of possible misconceptions you might have about us.

1. We are openly juggalos, many like to assume that our name and music are rip off's of ICP, and that we are "riding the bandwagon" The truth? Juggalo shit is all we know, and about all we really listen to, our influences are obvious. Our name is actually Psycho Smokas, the I in the initials represents the eye that we use as our logo graphic, viewable as just about any of our music icons here.

2. Our music is limited in subject matter. while it is true that perhaps not many people will like our style, we do pack a little something for just about anyone who's toked up a bit.

3. We preform worse when fucked up. Consider I can't remember ever recording sober, how do you make that assumption?

4. Back to the bandwagon. the facts are that we have actually making music for about eight years now. We have our own unique sound. Even other juggalos tell us that we don't sound like anything they have ever heard before.

In conclusion, I encourage people to rate and review us based on technical ability, rather than personal opinions on the subject matter. listen to the music, and then pass judgement, not the other way around.

I suppose I should make a post here explaining a bit now that people are actually going to be looking at my profile again. I am RAK, 1/2 of the group IPS. My partner in crime is Deimos. We've been making music since sometime in 98. I've been a newgrounds user almost as long (though i have more than one account that was lost....i wish i coulda remembered those passwords)

For the submission "Overworld Map" I constructed the beat from samples available in the Hip-Hop Ejay 5, and custom sounds from the Acid music studio. I'm also the first to rap on that one. Deimos raps second, but we do each other's emphasis on this track. greyface01 did the guitar himself, all of it is original.

The song is part of a small collection, "Legend of the Psycho Smokas" eventually we want to turn it into a game. all we really need is the programmer, as we both are ass in flash.

Also, on a side note, those of you reporting my earlier reviews and getting them deleted, remember, there was not much in the way of review guidelines in those days. Enjoy the whistle bonus i suppose.
